Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Masters or equivalent qualification in field of Finance or Business
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Finance, Sustainability Work experience in the financial services industry, within environmental finance, risk management sector, corporate responsibility or closely related field. Experience of working with consultants and other external parties, where necessary, to achieve desired outcomes. Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information, regulations and policies and translate into impactful advice, research, and communications. Up-to-date knowledge of the sustainable finance specialismand the relevant frameworks or external developments that govern/affect it – particularly the banking field. Ability to work produce relevant and timely desk research independently (both qualitative and quantitative).
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Demonstrated ability to inform and influence key stakeholders on the sustainability agenda, especially as it relates to the finance and business world. Interest and knowledge of environmental challenges, particularly on water, and how the finance sector can help. Ability and desire to travel as needed, to attend meetings with key corporate partners in and outside India. Strong written and spoken communication skills
