Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university or MBA HR

Experience required: About 5-8 years of relevant experience

  • (i) Knowledge of suitable models for salary fixing vis a vis JDs / Level of the position in the hierarchy for talent hiring
  • (ii) Excellent team working skills for coordination with internal teams and the external stakeholders to achieve results.
  • (iii) Proven track record of talent acquisition
  • (iv) Results driven approach with out of the box thinking to identify channels for talent hunt in conservation sector
  • (v) Past experience/ knowledge of optimization of levels/ grades in the organization for the levels structure

Job responsibilities:-Performance Management

  • Facilitate, support and maintain a high-performance culture in the organization, aligned with its values through Performance Management System
  • Proactively supports the delivery of both annual and mid-year processes which focus on smooth execution of performance management and talent development
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
  • Coach managers on effective & quality dialoguing skills to help in the performance feedback process
  • Online and offline implementation of Performance Management system (Training, KRA setting, Mid-year discussion, Individual development plan, Annual Appraisal etc) Talent Development & Engagement
  • Drives talent retention & their development
  • Work with the managers and individuals to understand the development needs to improve and design learning and development program
  • Identifies Hi-Po’s/ critical/key talent in the organization who have a great impact on the organizational performance and implement a succession plan
  • Develop and implement employee satisfaction surveys and questionnaires, including analysis and action planning based on survey results
  • Integrate the competency/ culture framework in processes like Job Description, Recruitment, Performance management system, Individual development planning
  • Drives Employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities and other events in the organization
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data/trends on exit, retention etc.
  • Responsible for partnering with Leaders to work on updating/ developing Org Structure (when required)/ Job Descriptions/ reporting line/ designations/ levels etc.
