Recruitment of Project Manager for Tarasha at the Mumbai.

Information:-Applications are invited for project position to be filled on contract basis.

Name of the Post:- Project Manager.

Remuneration CTC: Rs. 50000- 54500/-

No of the Post:-01(One).

Qualification:- Master in Social Work (preferably Mental Health) / M.A. in Counselling.

Desirable:- High level of commitment and integrity and ability to work in a team
 Good written and communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi
 Proficiency in using computers
 Proven ability to facilitate the group and individual counselling sessions with women living with mental  disorders
 Leadership qualities and ability to mentor a team of multidisciplinary professionals
 Ability to write proposals and engage in research.

Experience:-1. Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in the field of mental health
2. Direct experience of working with women living with mental disorders
3. Direct experience of working within and outside institutional settings.

Terms and Conditions:- Plan and implement the Tarasha programme in the assigned area
 Regular Liaison and coordination with various stakeholders
 Psychosocial support to women with mental health issues
 Management of assessment tools of clients progress
 Fundraising
 Monitor programme services in the field for targets and deliverables as per the plan
 Oversee the bills, attendance and other documentation submitted by the team members.
 Documentation and publications related to Tarasha’s intervention work
 Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Project Director.
