Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : • To carry out all the works related to Co-ordination, expediting, permitting, liaison , land disputes etc related with construction of ash pond and MGR. • To build and sustain relationship with local villagers, police and district administration. • To facilitate obtaining various approvals / clearances / renewals for timely Construction and Commissioning of MGR Railway lines and Ash Pond. • Co-ordination with internal teams involved in Ash pond and MGR construction like Land, CSR, Electrical , Liasionetc • Co-ordination with external departments like forest, revenue, Police, Administration , irrigation , PWD , railways, National highways etc. for smooth execution of MGR and ash pond construction • Tree enumeration and permission for Felling of trees at Site from Forest & Environment deptt, Government of Odisha (GoO). To Co-ordinate with EPC Contractor in obtaining: • Necessary Permissions from for diversion of Road within ash pond and across MGR. • Permission from Railways authorities for construction of Rail over Bridge. • Connectivity permission including construction of railway siding. • Water allocation and permission for construction of water pipe line along MGR Corridor from Ib thermal Plant to Manoharpur mines. • To facilitate, develop & maintain relations with external agencies including various State & Central Government Offices. • To provide weekly updates to the Head – Project Support for mid course corrections. Adherence to Legal and Statutory compliance in discharge of responsibilities. • Submit MIS & Exception reports.

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :• On time completion of the civil, structural steel, interior, service co-ordination (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, HVAC) and other works for the Township related to Ib Thermal Power Station and Mine and within Budget. • Co-ordination between Architect, Contractors and Construction Management Team. • Execute construction work with “Zero” LTI. • Implementation of global engineering, construction, and safety standards and practices. • Implementation of EHS requirements at Sites • Keep track of progress in the areas of engineering, construction, safety and quality. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. • Deputizing for the Construction Manager Colony in his absence • Responsible for coordinating and assisting managing civil construction for Township / Infrastructure project, , from initial site levelling work till completion of defect liability period completion. • Directly responsible for managing, engineering, multiple procurement contracts, multiple construction contractors. • Excellent co-ordination between Owner, Contractor, Consultant / Architect and Project management team. • Be the leader of group of people. • Maintain construction quality standards for civil and interior works. Environmental Compliance Coordinator

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) : • Works under general supervision. • Drafts plans for approval by the OPGC II HSE&S Manager to monitor contractor and OPGC II compliance with applicable permits • In consort with the OPGC II Power Plant Permits and Compliance Coordinator, interprets compliance conditions on applicable permits and ensures plans meet permit requirements • Carry out monitoring and participate in audits of various workplaces to ensure plans are followed by contractors and OPGC II • Develop Permit Compliance Tracking Tool, which will be used for managing, reporting and verifying closeout of contractor program noncompliance issues. • Produce weekly and monthly reports to the OPGC II Program HSE&S Manager. This report will include the status of all project(s) permit compliance. • Advise the OPGC II HSE&S Manager immediately of any contract noncompliance issues, which require action on the part of OPGC II or the Contractors. • Maintain records on paper and computer systems of environmental compliance and non compliance data. • Attends weekly/monthly safety meetings and prepares, presents or coordinates presentation • Performing such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the HSE&S Program Manager. • Thorough knowledge in the field of environmental rules and regulations, as well as general business and industry processes. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively communicating with internal and external customers. • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally is a key priority. • Track record of implemented environmental compliance programs that achieved and demonstrated a record of achievement in past positions. • Experienced user of mainstream business software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project and Outlook.
