Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : MBA/ PGDBM in HR (desirable)or Graduate from a recognized university with Minimum 1 yearof work experience in Recruitment &other HR functions.
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : 1. Computer proficiency in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint and advance excel skills (desirable). 2. Work experience on HRMIS / ERP software will be an added advantage. 3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. 4. Ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :1. Managing Filling / Documentation / correspondences of the section 2. Data Entries of miscellaneous HR / Recruitment related data 3. Printing and Shortlisting of Resumes applications / resumes 4. Support in all pre & post recruitment activities 5. Creating Forms & Format – as and when required 6. Managing MIS / Trackers / Database / Dash Boards 7. Coordinating in Trainings / Workshops & events 8. Undertake any other assignments, which may be assigned from time to time by the Human Resource Manager, NHSRC.
Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : 35 years below. Age can be relaxed for a suitable candidate.
