Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :The area is looking for persons with good academic record. Selected candidates would be required to provide teaching assistance for PGP/ MBA level courses in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Business Law and Social Sciences. Interns would also get the opportunity to assist department faculty and be involved in ongoing research projects and to get research exposure across a wide range of fields such as International Monetary Economics, International Trade, Agricultural Economics, Environmental Economics, Privatization and Regulation amongst others.

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Candidate should be a First Class Post-Graduate/ MBA (full-time two years course of a reputed university).
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : • Well versed in MS- Excel and MS- Word. • Experience in working on ERP environment. • Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Knowledge of Kannada will be added an advantage.
Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Should have minimum 2-3 years’ experience in handling the assignment listed under major duties & responsibilities above.

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :• Plan and arrange for effectively discharging the work activities of the specific functional areas at NSRCEL. • Conducting the operations of the mentoring and incubation activities, delivery of outreach initiatives and a limited amount of support to the academic activities as and when required. • Represent the Centre at the internal governance fora as well as external fora, in consultation with / as required by the COO / Chairperson. Examples of such activities include conduct of business plan competitions and programmes intended to keep in touch with prospective entrepreneurs and intermediaries in the entrepreneurial ecosystem such as lawyers, chartered accountants and investment bankers. • Delivery of incubation services: This will include ensuring that the infrastructure that is part of incubation is running smoothly. • Developing and managing information systems that support these activities. • Necessary legal and commercial documentation and maintenance of related records • Generating periodic reports for keeping the Advisory Committee of NSRCEL and the management of IIMB informed about the progress of activities at NSRCEL • Interfacing with the accounting and other systems in IIMB that may be necessary for the smooth and effective running of the Centre. • Helping the COO and the Chairperson ensure compliance with relevant statues by through maintenance of internal systems and processes and by coordinating with external resource persons that the Centre may appoint. • Ensuring compliance with internal governance and administrative systems and processes. • Helping the COO in drawing up a budget for the nonacademic part of the Centre’s activities. This would involve generating all the supporting data based on internal systems and coordinating with the different parts of IIMB in preparation for presenting the budget. • Assisting the COO in administering a line of funding programmes for incubatees. Such activities shall include preparation of the business case for investment proposals, documentation, and disbursement of funds, monitoring the portfolio of investments and securing an appropriate exit from the investment. • Assisting the COO in raising appropriate funds that may be necessary to meet the growing needs of the activities of the Centre. • Develop and implementation of MIS for the activities. • Interact with Internal and external stakeholders, Faculty and Team Members for achieving the desired objectives of the Centre. • Interact with external agencies whenever required. • Stakeholder management – including faculty, Incubatees and administrative staff. • Office management-financial /accounting, reporting/documentation, tracking. • Any other work assigned from time to time

S/he discharges all managerial functions associated with Case Development. 2. The jobholder needs to conduct research, write/draft specified number of cases on a yearly basis and edit case to a level that is ready to be published. 3. S/he needs to arrange and conduct primary research & secondary research related to the cases. S/he needs to ensure all the content related to the center’s brochure, website and others are developed on time. The incumbent needs to network with other partner institutes and build a pool of case writers for the Institute. 4. S/he needs to also coordinate with all case writers and assist them with secondary research at various stages of their work. 5. The jobholder needs to provide the back end/administrative support for all the Case Development events. For case workshops, case competition and other Case Development related activities s/he needs to take charge of all content development activities. S/he needs to be a part of the review/ evaluation team in the initial stages and assist faculty during review process. S/he needs to also assist in conducting internal case works by preparing workshop module/ material/PowerPoints etc. 6. The incumbent needs to coordinate with the web team / communications for advocacy and knowledge dissemination. S/he needs to interact with the case leads (Internal and External Stakeholders) on an ongoing basis.
